SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Processing times may vary depending on product availability and vendor location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Fulfillment Our products are shipped directly from our trusted vendors and fulfillment partners (including Doba network suppliers). Shipping carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other regional carriers depending on the vendor location and your delivery address. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (when available)
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (when available)
Delivery times begin after the order is processed and shipped by the vendor.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may take 10-30 business days depending on vendor location, customs processing, and destination country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Multiple Vendors If your order contains items from multiple vendors, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
